REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Introduction
At 821SCENT S.L., we are committed to providing products crafted with care, precision, and the highest quality standards. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights when purchasing from www.821scent.com and outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be requested in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
Our policy applies to all purchases delivered within Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
2. Return Period
Consumers have the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, include all components and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
After the 7-day period, returns can only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not comply with the contract of sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact support@821scent.com.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization, a return shipping label, and instructions for sending the product.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
5. Eligibility Conditions
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through www.821scent.com or authorized partners.
Products must be unused, undamaged, returned in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance oils, refill capsules, and operated diffusers cannot be returned.
6. Product Compatibility & Proper Use
821SCENT diffusers are designed exclusively for use with 821SCENT fragrance oils and capsules.
Using third-party oils may damage the device, affect performance, void warranty coverage, and invalidate return eligibility
7. Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item first. Once processed, a new order may be placed.
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Banks may require up to 10 business days to process refunds.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable items include:
- Opened or used fragrance oils
- Opened or used refill capsules
- Operated diffusers
- Items not purchased directly from www.821scent.com
- Gift cards or digital credits
- Final sale or promotional items
10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Two-Year EU Warranty)
All diffusers and electrical devices are covered by a two-year legal conformity guarantee under EU law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity but excludes damage from misuse or unauthorized oils.
