At 821SCENT, We strive to deliver products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below:

1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
After 7 days from delivery, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@821scent.com
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

4. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from www.821scent.com
Or authorized 821SCENT sales channels.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged;

  • Returned in original packaging with all components;

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used fragrance oils, refill capsules, or diffusers that have
    been operated cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

5. COMPATIBILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

821SCENT diffusers are designed exclusively for use with 821scent fragrance oils and capsules.
The use of third-party or non-821scent oils may damage the device or alter performance and will void any warranty, return, or refund eligibility.
821SCENT S.L. Is not responsible for damage or health reactions caused by the use of unauthorized products.

 

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils, capsules, or refills.

  • Items not purchased directly from www.821scent.com or authorized partners

  • Gift cards or digital credits.

  • Final sale or promotional items.

 

9. WARRANTY COVERAGE

All 821SCENT diffusers and electrical devices are covered by a two-year legal conformity guarantee under eu consumer law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by improper use or non-821scent products.
